How to play Scorpion Solitaire
Read the aim of Scorpion Solitaire, then make your first move. Complete four same-suit king-to-ace runs. Look at what changes after your first action. Read the objective before making your first input. Choose a clear next step rather than rushing through the instructions.
Seven columns; three stock cards dealt once to the first three columns. Free solo play, no wagering.
Read before acting
Read one step at a time and try it on the playing area. Match the instruction to the control you use. Notice the feedback after each input.
Your goal
Complete four same-suit king-to-ace runs. Keep that objective in view throughout the round. Follow this game’s rules rather than another version’s.
Step by step
- Move a face-up card with its tail onto the next higher same-suit rank. Kings fill empty columns.
- Select a face-up card and then the destination pile or Empty slot.
- Use foundations where available; full Spider or Scorpion runs clear automatically.
- Undo reverses a choice. New deal shuffles again.
Controls
Click or tap cards and piles. Wide tableaus scroll inside the game; use Undo, Hint and New deal where shown. Keep the playing area visible while using these controls. Check any mode label before starting.
A useful example
The trailing cards may be unordered, but the destination suit and rank must match. Your next round may have a different position, so inspect it before acting. Verify the rule before continuing.
Watch out for this
Random deals are not guaranteed solvable. A hint is a legal move, not a winning strategy. Compare the situation with the worked example. Take enough time to read a new position. If a game has a timer, learn its controls first rather than searching for them during the round.
